University of Da Nang, University of Education

We asked the representatives at Da Nang's University of Education about active teaching and learning. Here are a few of my impressions regarding the responses.

1. The definition of "Active Teaching" and "Active Learning" are not clear. I am not certain what we think of is active teaching and learning is the same as the Vietnamese faculty members and administrators. I'm also not sure that a common definition is in use across the higher education institutions in Vietnam. This is something we should explore further.

2. As a group, we need to a) identify a leader to ask our questions -- either one person to ask at all sites or rotate the question asker among group members b) our group needs to prioritize and carefully word our questions.
